“I have been managing the claims process, for the cover provided by SWMBF, for the players of St Agnes RFC for some 15 years now. The evolving from a paper based system to an on line system, has made a big difference to myself, as the Administrator, and for the players making the claim. The online system has speeded up both the admin process, but more importantly the time scale involved in the player receiving payment. Many of our players are weekly paid workers, receiving only SSP in the event of an injury. The speedy payments reduce any financial burdens caused by the accident, until they return to full time working”
