Claims Process

From first email to money in the club’s account — every step, in order.

CASE RECEIVED BY EMAIL FROM CLUB TO HON SEC

The club emails the claim to the Honorary Secretary.

CASE RECEIVED STANDARD EMAIL RESPONSE ADVISING CLAIM NUMBER TO CLUB

The club gets an acknowledgement with its claim number.

CASE REVIEWED AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED IF REQUIRED

The claim is checked; anything missing is requested.

CASE ACCEPTED/REJECTED (REJECTION RATE 3% in 25/26)

A decision is made — 97% of claims were accepted in 25/26.

PAYMENT RAISED BY BANK TRANSFER TO CLUB

Payment goes straight to the club by bank transfer.

06

CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT FORM TO CLUB

The club receives written confirmation of the payment.

If all information required is received payment to club can be within 48 hours
